Terms of Use

War Room is a draft assistant. It ranks players in your league’s scoring. It is information, not advice, not a pick-guarantee, and not a sportsbook. We do not take entry fees, hold league dues, or pay prizes.

The live draft is run by Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo — not by us. A ranking that is wrong, late, or offline is not a reason the draft should be unwound, and we are not a party to your league.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract in your state. During beta, signup also requires an invite code. We can refuse or close an account.

The War Room login is ours, not your Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo login. You are responsible for the password and for what happens on the account. Do not share it. Do not paste another person’s platform cookies or tokens.

If you connect ESPN, you instruct us to use the cookies you pasted as your agent, only to read leagues you belong to and to show you a board. Same idea for Sleeper (public API with your username) and Yahoo (OAuth you approve). We do not write picks back to those platforms.

Your use of Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, and FantasyPros is governed by their terms. If they revoke access, change an API, or object to a connection method, the related feature may stop. ESPN cookie access in particular is a personal-use convenience; we may remove it without notice.

War Room is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, or any team or players’ union.

The site is an invite-only beta. Features break. Rankings move. Data may be wiped. You use it as-is. Feedback you send can be used to improve the product without paying you for it.

Do not:

• Probe, scrape, or overload the site.
• Connect credentials you do not own.
• Use War Room to run a contest, take wagers, or hold other people’s money.
• Resell rankings or projections you see here.
• Pretend War Room is an official league tool.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that a rank, ADP, survival percentage, or sync is accurate or that the board will be up during your draft.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS, [LEGAL_ENTITY — REPLACE AFTER LLC FORMATION] AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DRAFT POSITION, OR LEAGUE OUTCOMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICH DURING THIS UNPAID BETA IS ZERO.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states we limit liability to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (for example, for our own willful misconduct where a statute says so).

You will indemnify and hold [LEGAL_ENTITY — replace after LLC formation] harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the service, your league, or credentials you connected — including a claim that you used someone else’s ESPN session.

You can delete the account from Profile. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts the host at risk. Surviving sections: no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law.

These terms are governed by the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is [VENUE_COUNTY — replace after LLC formation]. If a court finds a piece unenforceable, the rest stays.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, delete the account.
